A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail or by post when you make a reservation at High Chaparral. It´s your responsibility to control that the reservation is correct. If something is wrong it´s up to you to call us and do the changes. You can reach us from 8.00-22.00 every day at summertime on +46 (0)370-82785. The rest of the year between 8.00-16.00 Monday to Friday on +46 (0)370-82700. Upon arrival you should have your confirmation with you to show on demand.
You can change your reservation free of charge until three days before your arrival time. (15.00)
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival time (with cancellation insurance) or latest one week before your arrival time (without cancellation insurance). Cancellation later than this, nothing 0% will be refunded to the guest.
Check-in for hotel & cabin village; 3pm-8pm in the reception desk at Wild West Inn. For late check-in, contact us on +46(0)370-827 85.
Check-in at campsite and campsite cabins; 3pm-8pm in the campsite reception.
Checkout for rooms/cabins/campsite before 11am.
Voluntary destruction (such as damage of furnishing, smoking indoors or accommodate pets were its not allowed), or involuntary destruction of the room/cabin (such as bedwetting) or other public spaces will High Chaparral charged the guests plus an extra administrative cost at 200 SEK.
High Chaparral has no responsibility for property stored in the room/cabin.
Pets are only allowed accommodation in our log cabins on the campsite.
High Chaparrals right to deny accommodation
Guests sleep and rest all hours of the clock. It´s important to show consideration to other guests so laud talking, screaming and running in the corridor is not accepted. After 23.00 it should be quiet in all accommodation. On account of our staff and other guest’s safety and comfort we reserve the right to deny or evict offensive guests.
Example grounds for eviction/ deny:
• Your behavior and/or physic/psychic stat create anxiety among the other guests.
• You do not respect High Chaparrals staffs notifications.
Fire, explosion, war, strike or similar state of crisis, other circumstances outside High Chaparrals control entitle High Chaparral to lift the conditions of contract without any obligation to pay compensation.
Despite all efforts to update our webpage, High Chaparral could not take any responsibility for problems that come up from using the webpage information or any misprint in the text.
Payment in full is charged at the time of booking, including when booking by phone. Unfortunately, Electron cards are not accepted as a means of payment.
When booking by phone, a booking confirmation is sent by email or letter. It is your responsibility to verify that the booking information is correct. In the event of errors, it is your responsibility to contact the Wild West Inn as soon as possible to correct the errors. You can reach us from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week during the summer months on +46 (0)370-827 85. During the rest of the year, you can reach us from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays on +46 (0)370-827 00. Please bring your booking confirmation with you when checking in, and be ready to present it on request.
Rebooking is available free of charge up to 24 hours before the stated check-in time (3 p.m.).
Cancellation is only possible until 48 hours before arrival (with cancellation insurance) or until one week before arrival (without cancellation insurance). You will not be eligible for a refund of the amount charged for cancellations made after these cut-off times, or if you are a no-show.
You pay for the time that the room or cabin is booked, even if you never check in. The price of your stay will be charged to your debit card/credit card at the time of booking.
