If you or someone in your party has a disability that makes it a little more challenging to stand in line, please find one of our entrance attendants who will help you further. At the Sheriff’s office, just inside the main entrance, you can pick up wristbands that help our staff see who needs a little extra help or priority in queues. No certificate is needed.
It is possible to get around almost everywhere in the park with a wheelchair. In the stunt show arena there are dedicated areas for wheelchairs. Our park hosts will direct you to these locations if needed.
On the train to Old Mexico there is a ramp and a limited number of wheelchair spaces.
We have a number of marked parking spaces for people with reduced mobility just 50 meters from the entrance.
At the main entrance there are a number of wheelchairs to borrow. However, the number is limited and we recommend that you contact us before your visit to reserve a wheelchair. You can reach us on +46 370 827 00.
Disabled toilets are available in several places, including the Diligensen restaurant and just inside the entrance, see the park map for more information.
Companions enter the park for free if they have a valid certificate with personal information on you as a companion and the guest who has a disability. The certificate must contain your name and a brief description of what your need for accompaniment looks like. High Chaparral accepts certificates from healthcare, municipality, school and assistance companies. If the guest has two companions, one of the companions pays the regular entrance fee. You book companions in connection with your booking of tickets.
All dogs are welcome at High Chaparral.
