If you're going to run restaurants and cafés for hungry families with children, take care of gourmet conference guests and make sure the roof doesn't lift too high when Rydell & Quick get going for the Christmas dinner, you need to have an icy stomach, a confident personality and a great attitude to life. Food is an important part of the experience for our 170,000+ visitors. The park has 13 food and coffee places. When the park is closed for the season, lunch is served at Restaurant Diligensen Monday to Friday. We also serve Christmas dinner and are open for Halloween. High Chaparral also hosts conferences and events all year round with anything from 15-2000 guests.

Your duties include responsibility for purchasing, managing around 70 employees (high season), structure, organization and restaurant finances. You will plan the menus with our chef. Therefore, you have a basic adequate education (preferably post-secondary) and at least 3-5 years of experience in a leading professional role. Requirements are previous experience from a supervisory position with scheduling and purchasing, driving license B and Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The position is a permanent position with the usual probationary period and access by agreement. Interviews take place continuously.
