If you or someone in your party has a disability that makes it difficult to stand in line, please speak with one of our entrance hosts, they’ll be happy to help.Inside the main entrance, at the Sheriff’s office, you can pick up a wristband that lets our staff know who needs a little extra support or priority in the queues. No certificate or documentation is required.
Wheelchair access is available throughout most areas of the park. In the stunt show arena, designated wheelchair spaces are provided, and our park rangers are happy to guide you to them if needed. The train to Old Mexico is equipped with a ramp and offers a limited number of wheelchair spaces.
We offer several designated parking spaces for guests with limited mobility, located just 50 meters from the entrance.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available to borrow at the main entrance. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us in advance to reserve one.

As a companion or personal assistant, you may enter free of charge when presenting a valid certificate confirming your role and the guest’s need for assistance.The certificate must include your name and a brief description of the support required. High Chaparral accepts certificates from healthcare providers, municipalities, schools, and assistance organizations.If a guest requires two companions, one of them pays the regular admission fee. Companion tickets can be booked when purchasing your regular tickets.
All dogs are welcome at High Chaparral.
