How many people do you hire each season?
We hire around 350 people for each season.

What do I get paid?
Our salaries are based on the current High Chaparral collective agreement. Salaries vary depending on your age, experience and the position you apply for. In addition to your hourly wage, a vacation allowance is paid at each pay period (13% of the total salary). Depending on the contract, you may also receive a bonus for working at inconvenient times. Your salary is paid on the 25th of the following month.

Do you have a collective agreement?
Yes, of course! We have four different collective agreements and these are: Gröna Riksavtalet (Visita-HRF), Nöjesavtalet (Red agreement between Visita-HRF), Tjäntemannaavtalet (Visita-Union) and the Private Theater Agreement (Swedish Performing Arts Stage & Film).

What type of employment is it?
All seasonal workers with us are fixed-term employees with a seasonal contract.
