Bring your favorites to the grill
A full day at High Chaparral calls for plenty of good food and drinks to keep the adventures going. That’s why you’re welcome to prepare your own meal at our public grills in Buffalo City and Texas. The grills are lit daily between 11:00 and 17:00.
And here’s a fun fact: the word barbecue is believed to come from the Taíno word barbacoa, meaning to cook over a raised wooden frame.
Please note that the grills remain unlit during fire bans.
