Staffan Svensson at High Chaparral cooks in TV4's Halv åtta hos mig
Next week, the TV4 program Halv åtta hos mig will visit Gnosjö municipality. HR and theater manager Staffan Svensson serves moose roast in the kitchen in the Wild West Park.
- It is fantastic to be able to participate and at the same time have the opportunity to both highlight Gnosjö municipality and of course High Chaparral, says Staffan Svensson, HR and theater manager at the theme park.
Staffan, originally from Oskarström outside Halmstad, started as an actor in the park in 2006 and was then permanently employed in his current position after the 1992 season. In the middle of the park, Staffan rents a cabin that became the filming location for Halv åtta hos mig (Half Past Seven at My Place).
Staffan likes to improvise dishes and flavors that don't really belong together, sometimes it's a success and sometimes not. In the program, however, he went for roast elk, a safe bet.
