Weland Solutions brought together its global resellers at High Chaparral
For a few days, Weland Solutions resellers from around the world gathered at High Chaparral. The event featured meetings, presentations, and workshops, but just as important was the time in between—the chance to socialize and get to know one another outside the conference room.
But a conference at High Chaparral doesn't have to be limited to the conference room.
Once the day’s meetings were over, presentations and workshops gave way to cowboy hats and team competitions in the “ High Chaparral ” challenge. The evening then continued at Saloon Cheyenne with a Texas-style buffet and entertainment, all set in the unique atmosphere that sets High Chaparral apart from a traditional conference center.
From Conference to Dinner Show
During the stay, several different venues on the grounds were used to provide variety. Conference rooms and boardrooms provided a space for focused work, while the Cheyenne Saloon and other parts of the park took over when it was time for activities and evening programs.
The trip concluded with a gala evening where the group grew to over 100 people. The “ Young Guns ” was transformed into a party venue featuring mingling, a three-course dinner, an awards ceremony, and the Grand Country Dinner Show. When the show was over, the evening continued with a DJ and lounge at the Big Bengt Center.
More than just a place to meet
For Weland Solutions, the days spent at High Chaparral provided an opportunity to bring colleagues together for both business and leisure. Formal business meetings could be alternated with more relaxed activities without the need to travel between the hotel, conference center, restaurants, and other venues.
That is also one of the advantages of holding a conference at High Chaparral. Accommodations, conference facilities, meals, activities, and evening entertainment are all located within the same area, while the setting provides a unique atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else.
